DELIVERY TIME:

Delivery time is between 1-3 working days, however we aim to dispatch all weekday orders within 24 hours but may take up to 2-4 working days during peak periods.

RETURNS:

Hygiene and the safety of our customers are very important, therefore certain items cannot be returned for a refund, including: Face + Body products if opened, used or the protective seal is not intact.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The only exception to this requirement is for damaged or defective items.

We cannot process returns for products purchased through a retail partner. Refunds are only possible for purchases made via (nature4body.ch) and (nature4body.com).

RESPONSIBILITY:

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged in transit!

As the package remains your responsibility until it reaches us, please ensure you obtain proof of postage in the event you need to contact us about your return.

We are not responsible for items that are accidentally returned to us (it happens!). If we can locate the items (it's not always possible) and you want them returned, we may ask you to pay the shipping costs.

REFUNDS:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are returning a product(s), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
