In which countries can I place an order?

Orders can be sent to all of Western Europe including Turkey.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders received by 2:00 pm will be processed and shipped the same afternoon. Orders received after this will be dispatched the next day. Except for: Weekends and holidays.

Typical delivery times for orders:

  • Spain (mainland) (3-4 days)
  • Portugal (3-4 days)
  • France (2-3 days)
  • Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Netherlands and Italy (2-3 days)
  • Spanish territories outside the mainland, such as the Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands (5-6 days)

What are the delivery costs?

The delivery costs depend on the destination of the shipment. The delivery costs are displayed during the checkout process if the destination, volume and weight of the delivery are known.

How do I stay informed about my order?

We will confirm your order by email. As soon as your order is ready to ship, we will send you a message with the shipment tracking number.

Where will my order be delivered?

The shipping provider will deliver your order to the address you specified during the checkout process. NATURE4BODY does not deliver to post office boxes.

What is the delivery procedure?

Normally, the shipping provider goes to the delivery address during business hours.

If someone is there to accept the order, this person receives the package and only has to sign the delivery note.

If nobody is there, a note will be left with a contact number for you to call and arrange a new date and time for delivery.

If nobody is there for the second delivery attempt, you may have to pick up the order from your nearest courier branch.

If it is important to you that the delivery is made the first time round, please use the shipment tracking number to find out the planned delivery date.

Are there any additional costs?

No. Except when you change the order and add more products.

How can I pay?

1. Bank transfer:

  1. We will send you the following details about your transfer in your order confirmation email:
      • 1. Exact amount to be transferred
      • 2. Complete number of the account to which your order amount must be paid
      • 3. Your order reference number

     

    We will process your order as soon as payment has been received. We will send you an email confirming receipt of payment and the status of your order. You can also check your order status online.

     

    The delivery times stated in our shipping terms begin the moment we receive confirmation of your payment to the specified account.

     

    If you have not received the email containing the bank transfer information, your email programme may be classing our messages as SPAM. Please check your spam folder for our messages.

    We accept VISA and MasterCard. Please have the following information to hand when ordering:

      • Card number
      • Name on card
      • Expiry date
      • CSC or CVV (security code on the back of the card)

     

    1. PayPal:

    If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay for your orders.

Can I change or cancel an order?

As soon as you confirm the order, we will begin to process it. We will inform you by email when your order leaves our warehouse. From this point onwards it will no longer be possible to change or cancel an order.

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, please feel free to contact us, providing your order number and naming the changes you want to make.

Can I return my order?

You can return the products you have received in the following cases:

 

1) If the packaging is noticeably damaged. In this case, please advise the courier that you are not accepting the package.

 

2) If one of the products is not in good condition.

 

In either of these cases, please contact us within seven working days of receipt of your order and state the following:

    • Your order number
    • Which product(s) you want to return and what is wrong with it/them
    • Which action you would like to take: Exchange the product for another or receive a refund of the purchase price

 

Once we receive your message, we will let you know how to return the product. We will not accept any exchange or refund if we have not received prior notification.

 

NATURE4BODY will reimburse you for the cost of the product(s) and will cover the cost of returning the item(s).

 

We only ask that you meet the following conditions:

 

    • 1. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging (including plastic and labels) within seven working days of the delivery date.
    • 2. Return items will be accepted only if they are in perfect condition. This means that products must not have been used, modified or adapted.

 

3) If you are not satisfied for any reason other than the above, you may return the product. In this case, we will refund the respective value of the product in your order once we receive the goods back in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Please note, however, that shipping costs (both delivery and return costs) are borne by you, and that you have a maximum of seven working days from receipt of your order to inform us of any problems.

We will contact you to find a satisfactory solution and to advise you of the next steps.
