The delivery time is between 2 and 6 working days, but we strive to ship all orders on weekdays within 24 hours, but can take up to 2-10 working days in the main season. Delivery times consider possible delays due to payment approvals, local postoffees or import companies or delays due to international customs matters or additional tariffs or taxes that their country may require. Due to customs delays, retained or customs fees that are outside our control, no returns or refunds are issued.

Some delivery services require a signature on delivery. If you can not sign the goods, you must arrange the return shipment with the freight forwarder or pick up the goods themselves. If you do not do this within the deadline required by the freight forwarder (usually 7 days), the goods will be returned to us and they carry all costs for the return of the goods.

Taxes & other taxes:

Upon receipt of your shipment, additional tariffs and taxes may arise. These customs duties and taxes are to be borne by the recipient.Nature4Body is not obliged to inform customers about such additional costs and not to reimburse the customer.
